by Jenna December is going by much faster than expected, and Christmas is in exactly a week. The coming holidays will bring breaks from family and celebration, and in those small spaces of time, the best thing to do is warm up with a book. Here are some of the books I’ll be reading this month and going into the new year.
The Red Leather Diary by Lily Koppel - A novel recommended to me by one of my dearest friends Whitney. A story about a writer traveling through time with a recovered 1930’s diary. I am so excited to read this.
Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert - Seemingly a classic, but I still have not read the book for some reason.
It by Alexa Chung - Something I’ve read and reread too many times to count, but a wonderful compilation of diary-like entries written by one of my favorite people.
milk and honey by Rupi Kaur - I’ve been wanting to read this beautiful book for so long and am so excited to finally have a copy on the way to indulge in.
Don’t Ever Change by M. Beth Bloom - I don’t really know what this story is about, but I have heard such good things about it.
Love, Freedom and Aloneness: The Koan of Relationships by Osho - I love philosophy so much, and Osho is such an amazing source of inspiration.
With love, Jenna
