Lately I've just been taking time out for myself. I have a lot going on in my head and before my eyes. I've learned that I need to start listening. Now I'm not saying to avoid something just because you don't feel like doing it- but I kind of am. If it feels good, do it. If it doesn't... don't. Don't do something just to get it done and then continue to feel shitty and unfulfilled after. If you know you'll feel good when you accomplish whatever you need to do, then get her done. When something begins to feel like a burden, take a break. Whether that be social media, hanging out with certain people, a random thing in your daily routine; it still applies. Listen to yourself. Listen to your body & mind. Ask questions and answer them honestly. Break habits to create new, more beneficial ones. Be the person you want to be.
